Cyber-Goth Eyes

Bright? Fun? Playful?
Yes.

Wanna know how I did it? Read on:

I drew my eyebrows on using Black Rose Minerals Leela loose eyeshadow, mixed with Manic Panic Glam Glue used as a mixing medium. Many independent cosmetics companies make a mixing medium, you can also use Visine or Kryolan CEL sealer. I used a small Master's Touch #1 liner brush I picked up from Hobby Lobby.

Next I blended Black Rose Minerals loose eyeshadow in Bender into the upper brow bone using Elf professional shadow brush.

Next I patted and blended Black Rose Minerals eyeshadow in Amy into inner corner and Fry onto center lid with Studio Gear #23 shadow brush.

Next I used Black Rose Minerals eyeshadow in Zoidberg. I patted it onto the outer corner and up into the crease using Elf professional shadow brush.

Here I lined the lower lash and water line with NYX Jumbo pencil in Milk. I patted Black Rose Minerals in Dr. Farnsworth over that with a concealer brush.

I used the same brush and mixing medium to create the eyeliner with Leela. I added some dots with the liner as well. For the finishing touch I used two coats of CoverGirl Lash Blast Fusion mascara on the upper lashes only, then applied Shu Umera fake lashes in Blunt Purple. Voila! Ready for a night of dancing, or sitting on the couch. However you roll. ;)

Thanks for reading!

What did you think? This is my first photo tutorial. Did you learn something? More confused now than before you saw this? Don't care? Lemme know.
Cheers!

  7. I never knew you could use Visine as a mixing medium! That is such a great tip as I've been wanting to get a mixing medium for a while.
